My work has followed a consistent pattern: step into ambiguity, make a problem understandable, and help a team move from ideas to execution.
At IBM, I’ve led work spanning Salesforce transformation, entitlement automation, analytics products, AI enablement, and global team development. My focus is on applied AI and data systems that are practical, defensible, and useful.
This workshop is a way to make that thinking usable. Where the Wild Agents Are is where I write and develop ideas. Here, those ideas become frameworks, assessments, experiments, and tools.
How I approach the work.
- Start with the problem and the people experiencing it.
- Make decisions, boundaries, and ownership explicit.
- Test the uncertain part before committing to the whole product.
- Measure useful outcomes and keep the limitations visible.
