Start with what happens today.

What problem are you trying to solve?Example: Service analysts spend too long classifying incoming cases.Who experiences the problem?Name the role or team, rather than “the business.”What happens today?A measured baseline, or write “unknown” and define how you will measure it.

Test the uncertain part first.

You are designing an experiment, not promising an outcome.

Use general descriptions and roles. Write “unknown” where you need to collect information first.

Your words become the brief. No AI-generated assumptions or invented findings.
